Since stormy weathers and the fact that my flight is way later than I thought it would be, here's something to tide you over until I return.
One of our girls is a Girl Scout troop leader, so that means we get tons of Girl Scout cookies every month or so. After sampling pretty much all of them, I've decided that their Cafe Cookies are the best. The worst is a tie between the ones with coconut on them and the lemon ones.
The only problem I've had is that once I start eating them, I can't stop. I can take down a whole sleeve in about 20 minutes. And that isn't healthy.
On another note, thundertorms are weird in Baghdad. We just had one and it was just bizarre. It poured for about ten minutes, and whole sky was just orange from all the dust. Of course the whole day was overcast like that, but it's ten times worse when it rains.

Please do not tell me the coconut ones you are refering to are the Samoas! Those are my all time favorite cookies in the ultraverse. In fact, they aren't even allowed in the apartment because I will find them and attempt to eat the entire box. I'm a sick, sick girl.
Ohh...the coconut ones (Samoas) are the best!! But I agree with you on the lemon ones- yuck!

Don't you know that GS Cookies are ENGINEERED to be habit-forming?? There's no other way those girls could sell enough boxes to fund that organization!
And I'm glad to hear I'm not the only one that loathes Samoas (the ones with coconut on them). I've never had the lemon ones OR the Cafe Cookies. My faves are Trefoils. I'm a sucker for shortbread.
